long gone whistle

I've sure been lazy with updating the ol' blog.

I saw Buried Horses and Bakelite Age, went to Meredith and had a wonderful time and saw Graveyard Train twice in one weekend.

Meredith was wonderful, but I can't say it better than any other reviewer already did two weeks ago. Except I disagree with the review I read that said Custard should have kept their reformation to Queensland. They were heaps of fun and smashed out the hits we'd played all car ride down. Neil Finn was also great, but everyone knows that now, don't they.

Graveyard Train are my new favourite thing in the world. My family was also impressed with the CD, so we played it during Christmas lunch.

  1. Did graveyard train do their cover of Fever? I was rather impressed with that when I saw them...

  2. They did on the Saturday, and the girl from the support band sung. They also did Burning Love both nights (i think?) and that was good too!
